Book Loan Procedure

I. GRADE SCHOOL LIBRARY

1.  Grade 1 to 6 students may borrow 3 to 5 books from our Scholastic Reading Center collection for a period of one (1) month. 

2. Accessing the list of SRC books may be viewed here lsmimclibrary.online.

3. Fill out the ASK YOUR LIBRARIAN: Research Inquiry Form from our website. 

4. Wait for email notification about the available books, schedule of pick-up, and due date. 

5. Pick up or book delivery (book your own courier) service may be arranged to get your borrowed books.   For Pick up, kindly ask our Lobby Guard on duty with your son’s name to get the books and affix your signature on the printed copy of the form.  (All books are disinfected using our UV Ray Light Sanitizer before circulation)

II. JUNIOR HIGH & SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

May request for library materials using our online ASK YOUR LIBRARIAN: Research Inquiry Form (please see link from our website).  Kindly wait for an email notification confirming the availability of materials that you requested.
